About our Gashapons and Capsule Toys

  If  you are not familar with Gashapons and Capsule toys, they are toys that are normally dispensed by a capsule toy machine in Japan. We get these toys from other anime stores across the US. Almost all these stores sell them by the set only and usually carry only the current sets in stock. We specialize in selling single figures from these sets and carrying older and out of print series.

  Our prices are higher than what you would pay if you order from a larger company by the set. We most likely purchase them from the same people, and we sometimes pay the same amount you would. Not many people want to deal with singles. There are a lot of sets that only 1 or 2 figures are popular, and no one wants the others. This is what makes our singles a lot more expensive. The unpopular figures are sold at a loss and the popular ones are sold at a higher profit to balance things out.  For older sets the price is usually higher for all the figures. Just like any other collectible when it goes out of print the price goes up. We also base our prices on suggestions from the larger retailers as well as the asking price we see at conventions in our region.

  Price breaks may be available on bulk purchases of figures.
